Emma Elliott is an experienced Permanent Make-Up Artist who initially trained in Jan 2015 and started holding Clinics at the prestigious Private Clinic ‘Pall Mall Medical’ covering Liverpool, Cheshire and Manchester. Emma opened her own Clinic in Crosby Liverpool in April 2019. She has a passion for Permanent make up and prides herself on offering the highest quality treatments with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

After training in Laser, Emma is recommended by fellow Permanent Make-up and Tattoo Artists for correction work.

Emma specialises in all areas of Permanent Make Up, Laser Tattoo Removal, Hair Removal and Laser Skin Treatments, Advanced Skin Treatments including Microneedling, Skin peels, OXYJet Oxygen Facials and Dermaplaning, using only the highest quality products and equipment.
